Shipping policy

Aesthetic Vault sells digital products only. There is nothing to ship.

How your order is delivered
Your download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, normally within seconds of payment. It also appears on the order confirmation page immediately after you pay, so you can start downloading straight away without waiting for the email.

If your link does not arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders first, as automated delivery emails often land there. If it is still missing, email aestheticvault@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it the same day.

Download tips
Google Drive previews video at a low resolution, which is not the quality of the actual file. Download to your device for full quality. On a phone, install the Google Drive app first, as opening a folder link without it can land you in a limited web view that will not allow downloads.

Access and expiry
Your files do not expire and your access does not lapse. Save the delivery email, and the PDF attached to it, so you can return to your download at any time.

Costs
There are no shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties or delivery options to choose. The price shown at checkout is the full price.
